[Take a bite of my heart tonight]

Once again I'm up when I should have been asleep hours ago. I have to be up fairly early to go walking with my friend, well, she's a girl I met once or twice through C's friend, so a friend of a friend? LOL. Anyway she and I hit it off but haven't ever gotten together just the two of us, I saw her last at C's party but didn't get to spend any time with her. Hopefully we will catch up and have a good time. She is doing WW and has great things to say about it, maybe we could be walking buddies?

I got the oil changed in my dad's truck today. That was fun- before I even got out of the truck the tech was already telling me I needed an engine flush. Freaking high pressure upsales annoy me. Like I'm gonna be like "OMG really? Do it!" This time I got smart(er) and told him to write it all down with prices and I'd give it to my dad.  I also found out that dad and I both like Taylor Swift, he had her newest album in the CD player. Weird? IDK.

After the oil change I went to the library. IDK what possessed me to do that, not like I have time to read anything. I got the last book in Darren Shan's The Demonata Series-Hell's Heroes. I have waited like a year and a half for that darn book! I also got a vampy book called Blood Song and two other books that I probably won't have time to read.

I cleaned my bathroom and washed my shower curtain. I am going to clean out the bathroom closet later today I think.

Chris came over tonight and we watched Life As We Know It and The Fighter, they were both great! I really liked Amy Adams in The Fighter and think I just figured out that Katherine Heigl can't act or maybe she's just stuck playing the same role over and over? Whatev, it's boring. The same goes for Bradley Cooper.

I had to LOL at C tonight. The boy has no idea how to re-heat food in the microwave. He always puts stuff in waaaay longer than it needs and either makes it dry and hard or rubbery. He put a hamburger in for 5 minutes, it came out looking like a hockey puck. He did the same thing with pizza a while ago, it came out half the size it was when it went in! I tried to explain the re-heating guide on the door but he knows what he's doing (excuuuuuse me). At least he eats it, right? I would throw it away.

[no sound of fury, no shot of pain]

I could not sleep last night, I slept for about an hour and was up. I took a Tylenol PM, hoping it would help but all it did was make me thirsty. I played WWF and tossed and turned and finally got up. My dad was up and started telling me about his very detailed dream. Mom got up about an hour later and I went back to bed. I tossed and turned for an hour or so longer and finally fell asleep around 5. I woke up at 7 and 9 to get a drink and mom woke me up at 11 reminding me that I was supposed to take Pep to the vet this morning. I got up and ate a bowl of cereal. As I walked back to the kitchen to put my bowl in the sink, I noticed it was pouring outside. I told mom I couldn't take Pep to the vet until it stopped raining and started watching TV with her. I kept nodding off so she told me to go back to bed, lol. So Pep and I went back to bed for an hour or so and when I got up the rain had stopped. I got dressed and took Pep to the vet.

He has an ear infection and a sinus infection. He got meds and some cream to put on his nose to help keep it from getting crusty and gross. After the vet I went to get my car aligned and headed home. The other dogs were happy to see Pep except Ginger, she always has to "yell" at him for leaving.

Mom was asleep and dad was checking out my car-the work the mechanic did and installing new wiper blades, so I cooked dinner. Nothing fancy; smoked sausage and baked beans with blueberries and whipped cream for dessert.

Tomorrow, I am going to get my oil changed, radiator flushed and an inspection. Wednesday I am taking dad's truck to get an oil change. I have to start on my list of chores soon and get started studying for my test on the 22nd. It seems like it's so far away but it's gonna creep up on me real quick!

I might go to the doctor tomorrow, my finger is still red and angry and I have some dry itchy/sting-y patches under and around the corners of my eyes. I thought it was irritation from my eyes constantly watering (damn allergies) but today the whole area under my eyes was swollen, puffy and hurt like I had a sunburn. IDK if I am allergic to something new or if I my regular allergies are getting worse or what but it's not normal or comfortable :(

ETA-I had a thought after I posted this that my facial swelling might be from MSG (from the crappy chinese place) so I looked it up (here) and that could totally be the reason AND could have been the reason why I couldn't sleep and why I was so thirsyt! Frakking MSG!

[Don't need another perfect lie]

I was so tired last night that I crashed almost as soon as I hit the bed. I woke up with my iPod on my chest, apparently I was trying to play WwF in my sleep, LMAO!

We didn't do much today, played some literati and ate at a really crappy chinese place. I didn't realize that yahoo games friggin resets your ratings if you don't play in 3 months. Boo!!

I got home around 8 and talked to the 'rents. They have a bunch of stuff they want me to to do over spring break. BLAH.

I have to take Pepper to the vet tomorrow, he's got a runny nose and ear infection. Poor baby :(

[Tell me what you want to hear]

Slept in today and played WwF until C woke up. We wanted to go to a community baseball game but they were all over by the time we got out of the house. We debated what to do next and ended up eating Chinese and going to the tournament again followed by a movie.

The tournament had 3x as many people today as it did yesterday and was more serious. I spent most of my time in the skittles room again. We stayed about 3 hours this time, not fun for me... it's like watching people study for hours. I spent the last hour in the car talking to my sister on the phone.

We saw The Dilemma at the dollar theater. It was actually $2, but compared to other dollar theaters, this one was worth the extra dollar for cleanliness. The last dollar theater I went to smelled like pee and everything was sticky. *gag*
